No. Pennsylvania can not have any contact sports until out of Green Phase/no COVID-19 restrictions at all. There will be no travel hockey this year.

Rinks can open in Green Phase, but no contact/team sports. I just called the PA Dept. of Health on Friday, and this is what they said -- ice rinks need to follow same guidelines for outdoor sports. No contact sports in Green Phase. We need to be completely out of all phases before contact sports can begin again -- soccer, football, lacrosse, hockey.

Pennsylvania Recreation and Park Society has released guidelines that keep sports teams within the PA Dept. of Health guidance. It says

"Green county: Outdoor athletics may be conducted, but with some restrictions. Areas will be open for controlled non-contact practices, clinics and modified game rules. There is a limit of 25 people including coaches and spectators per scheduled field/court. No self-serve concessions will be allowed."

Honestly I’m taking my out of the area. At this point he will be playing for a team out of Minnesota that’s traveling to Nashville. Governor Wolf can eat a fat one
