Black bear is blocking live barn so who do we ask to let the games be put on live stream?

I had a game at Grundy on Sunday, which is owned by black bear. One parent from each team was allowed in the rink and filmed the game on Facebook live, the parents just streamed it from there. I would expect they would be able to make something like that happen for the Flyers Cup.
