Our rink has a smaller pool of players. Because of the smaller numbers, the in house kids are usually fresh out of learn to play. If a kid has more experience or skill, they are too far above the in house part to get anything out of it. Our rink encourages the rec team players to participate in the in house too to increase experience and add more kids to the in house program.
