Correct...JRF 3 Phantoms last year, JRF 3 LF this season, PHC 3 LF players this season, when tryouts are over in April PHC will be granted 3-4 Titans next season. The District will say nothing. PHC/JRF higher ups run the show.

Hollydell has done a great job fooling everyone into thinking PHC is the best development program. This will be proven true when 100 kids show up for each PHC 2011 & 2012 tryout. Usefull idiots lining the  pockets of owners!

I wonder if people believe it because in their 7 years in existence PHC has more D1 commitments, kids advancing to hockey academies/prep schools than any club in the southern part of Atlantic District. Not to mention 2 NTDP selections.

Yeah those days of kids moving on are slowly dwindling. 2010 team is 6th in the District. 2011 team was 96th this year. 2012 team is 40th. 2013 is top 10 and has been great, but those kids were not Hollydell kids they were Venom out of Pennsauken kids. 2014 team is 21st, brought in a new coach with a very good 2014 son and the coach is looking to bring in 4-5 new players and push out some of the Hollydell kids on the team. 2015 team is 14th but we shall see how they progress. So yes some of the 15U and above kids have moved on to great programs, but I don't see this trend continuing. PHC is overrated and really does not develop kids, they recruit good players from other rinks. On top of all this the atmosphere at Hollydell in the PHC and Hurricanes program is toxic. I should know my family played there until we moved on to another rink. My kids are better players and happier since we left!

2013 is made up of mostly players from Hollydell not Pennsauken.

If being ranked 40th is a failure how do you explain most of the clubs in region that don’t have a single team ranked that high?

JH is bringing in 3 new kids minimum to replace some of the 2014 kids on the roster. 10 2013 kids all started out at Pennsauken with Venom Minor team. 40th ranking for 2012 and 96th ranking for 2011 teams are such a disappointment to TB that he is recruiting 8-10 new players per team and brought in new coaches. 2014 ranking at 20 was bad enough to recruit a new coach who will bring new kids. You can tell me to get a clue all you want, but PHC cares about 1 thing only- high My Hockey Rankings! Hollydell is toxic!

P.S.: Look for changes at 2015 level too.

Ummm 2012 and 2011 coaches for next season have been with the PHC program for years. You obviously know nothing - they aren’t new coaches.

Not a FE parent or coach but friends with people there, FY, PHC, LF, JF and many other rinks. I have been involved with youth hockey for over 25 years.

Why do you have to dump on FE? If you do not like the coaches why post crap about them? If you think there are too many Tier 1 teams and you play in the AYHL, what does it matter if FE exists and plays in the THF? If you think the kids are not legit AAA players, how does that affect your Tier 1 kid? If parents choose to put their kid in FE or another so called "Tier 1" program and pay top dollar, how does that affect you?

All this bashing of programs is just stupid. I know there were FE posts about a guy who is now at LF, but most of those posts were spot on. That guy is a little nutty. I know some other posts were from the guy who now helps coach 2015 PHC, but I know people at PHC and they complain about that guy and his kid too. I know their are posts from ML at FY, but my advice to ML is fix your own program and maybe you won't lose players. I know there are posts from other people that were asked to leave FE, but those people are having problems at their current rinks, so that tells you all you need to know about them. I also know some current parents and FE "dad coach" assistants are posting on here because they were asked to leave after 1 year. Those guys are good coaches, but they coddle their kids on the ice and hate if anyone criticizes their kids.

My point is the same type of people who post sh*t about PHC, FY, LF, JF or any other program/coaches/director are most likely disgruntled, ex-families at those rinks.

I have a buddy whose kid is now 24,  played Tier 1 from 10U on up, played a couple years of College Club and is now playing beer league. My buddy said his biggest regret is he took everything too seriously and should have enjoyed the ride. Youth sports are about the kids having fun. Not the adults. Once you realize that, all the hate will stop, a calm will engulf you, you will enjoy the game again and I guarantee your kid will start to play better.

Your post is 100% correct. Now if only FY had read it before they allowed a non-certified, non-SafeSport coach on their bench, who attacked a ref after the game, they would not be in the mess they are in. FY, ML and the coach are screwed. Not sure if FY insurance will even cover the lawsuit since the coach is not certified. Just a complete sh*t show at Flyers Training Center!
