The Atlantic Hockey Federation (AHF) announced that Genesis Hockey Club, a nonprofit youth hockey organization based in Hatfield, Pennsylvania, has joined the league. The move expands competitive opportunities for Genesis teams and families across multiple age levels as part of AHF’s national footprint and member-run league
structure.

Huge hit to the DVHL/NJ with more and more teams leaving.

If true that would be like 20+ teams and if their girls follow over to the AGHF that would be another 8.

BB is wining. Their goal is to destroy the DV, NJ, and MAWA. Once that is complete, BB will try to get all AYHL teams to join THF. BB wants to destroy AAHA and take control. There are a lot of things happening as USA Hockey and the District that BB and other rinks are not happy with. Time will tell who will win but one thing is certain: DV and NJ are dead!

Eventually it will come down to join AHF or die.  Which sucks for everyone. A healthy competition between the leagues would be beneficial.

My guess is more of a NJYHL/DVHL integration
Check out Home - The DVHL then gamecenter and take a look at like 10-14u integration

I heard talk at our rink that if the league collapsed, they would look at going independent for a year or 2 rather than just joining the AHF. We have played independent teams from up and down the east coast and it seems to work for them so maybe that is a true option.
