1st Timers Fear Of Hitting - Vinny Malts

Cruising around Facebook yesterday I came across this post in a coaches forum, (image below). 



This young man was vague in the description of his problem but after several responses from various members, including myself, he responded back to me advising he's a 14U player who is afraid to give and take a hit. This after I posted I know of a player on my son's team who has ridiculous hands and an amazing shot but he's deathly afraid of physical play, therefore hindering his ability to play the way he knows he can. He said, "that is literally me". Physical play is ruining his confidence and it's showing with his talent.

Everybody can post what they feel but I found this video by Vinny Malts to be pretty cool, as it can be viewed by anybody. So have look and share with your kids.
