Will Hollydell field an 04 PHC team?

I think they seriously water down every team at that level if they do. But they might have to if they ever want a charter.

Charter? As in AYHL membership? Is it known whether or not they are applying for membership? The AAHA site still has 18-19 tier 1 and tier ll info.

Watered down as in what way? Have you followed the PHC teams at all? There is no competition for them in the tri state region.

It depends on what level you're talking about. Their 05s and 08s had great seasons, but the 06 & 07s weren't dominant at all.

03's had a great year too.

Watered down as in not enough talent at 04 level to field PHC, AA, U15AA, and A.

They are going to actually going to force the team and force kids to play up for $6K+
And leaving the rest to play on horribly decimated teams. shame the 04 program will be (one of the) sacrificial lambs to fund the rest of the program.   shame that no one cares about hockey anymore.

That's on the parents then. No one is being forced to play. Of course the club will try to field a team. The parents need to pull their kids out if they know it will not be a good team.

The parents won't pull their kids out, they'll find a way to pay because their kid is now labeled elite. Knowing they'll get smoked every game is an afterthought.

exactly, They are selling a watered down product as AAA with sub-par coaching. Money grab by new owner trying to stay afloat  and I get it, But the same culture for last 25 years living in 1970"s hockey training that has never changed. better off playing limited travel then that fiasco.

05's not really their team, that was a deal on a team that never played out of that rink but the coaching is better then rest of PHC. 08's are ok but they spent the season ducking Virtuas 08's so they pick and choose the opponents. The rest of the PHC flounders around with little success. They can skate but cant play hockey.
