Indians get much needed win against listless Knights:

The winds of change have not been kind to the North Penn Knights over the last month of the SHSHL season. Things have transformed drastically for this crew and they're not welcome changes.

North Penn and Central Bucks South faced off last night for the second and final time this season. The Knights had lost the first game by a score of 6-1 in the annual Thanksgiving Eve "County Line Cup" showcase

Owls outlast Pennridge with shortened bench

It was a big night for Alex Hood, and Danny Mackley as they teamed up to provide the majority of the offense for the Bensalem icemen. The Owls pulled off quite an accomplishment Thursday evening defeating the defending league champion Pennridge Rams.

Knights play to dramatic OT win in a run and gun shootout against the Indians

The scene was the same, a sold-out Revolution Ice Gardens, and the teams were the same, the heavily favored Council Rock South Golden Hawks and the much-improved Council Rock North Indians.

A Night Not To Remember For Knights Icemen

This was one of those games where the players and coaches wish for a delete button in their mind to erase the memory forever, as it wasn't the Knight's night

The Quakertown Panthers and Springfield Twp. Owls met for the first time in SHSHL action on Wednesday evening with the Panthers skating away with an 11-2 decision.

Strong defense and great goaltending in Back-To-Back wins for North Penn

Although we're now into the regular season, this was the second meeting between the Knights and Bucks in 2022, as they recently played each other in the preseason. However, the result would end up...

A Battle of the Birds in Bristol, Falcons vs Golden Hawks

It’s a bit early in the season to proclaim a showdown between the SHSHL’s potential finalists, but some would say that’s just what the game between Council Rock South and Pennsbury was, and it didn’t disappoint.

Pennsbury Doubles Down On Defending League Champs

The defending triple crown winning Pennridge Rams kicked off their 2022 campaign last night against the Pennsbury Falcons in a much anticipated regular-season division contest.

Well, The next 10 days are sure to be stressful for many kids and parents.

Just realize you will have to listen to delusional parents who insist that their kid, who refuses to pass the puck and is a cancer on the bench, is better than they are, and how they got robbed of a better spot.

This post contains a poll!

Another coaching post, I found this to be rather interesting. While it isn't hockey related, I do believe this relates to any team sport. Nick Saban suggests at crunch time, who better than the players to determine the outcome of a game. At the higher levels would you entrust...

What is the difference between these and the tryouts date? My kids just finished the season and the team says they should be in this to stay sharp.

Does reverse psychology coaching work with youth hockey players?

We've all seen and heard of what some consider authoritative coaches in the NHL, ie. "Iron" Mike Keenan, John Tortorella and Ken Hitchcock to name a few. But on the other hand, analysts have also referred to them as player killers. They...

Can anyone give me a reason why sticks for Mites/Squirts are $100+??? I just don't see the need to spend that kind of money at this age. I'd love to hear suggestions on sticks and places to get them (if allowed). I'm mostly talking for my Mite kid.
