New THF Tier 1 league

Anyone know details about this?  Are the teams owned by blackbear required to play? How many teams could they have?  Is it better then AYHL?

How many Tier 1 clubs does BB own?  I can't think of any in PA

However, this doesn’t include other clubs with which they have a partnership or relationship.  For example, one of their first investments in hockey was Piney Orchard Arena in MD.  It was purchased in 2016 in partnership with Bob Weiss, who owns Rockville Ice Rink, which owns Team Maryland - which is the youth club that Murray Gunty’s son Miles played for.  Gunty later launched the NAHL junior team and bought a stake in the Youngstown Phantoms both of while Miles played for prior to heading to Brown University.

It will help AYHL by taking the bottom teams from them haha.  Mercer, Revolution, FE, not a loss to any league.
