Little Flyers

Little Flyers will be totally legitimate in 5 years now with Dave Dorman full time! Top man who started Junior Flyers Junior A, along with many years of experience TRAINING many top pro and DO players. Knows his goalies too, has been helping my young goalie son with GREAT real practices, better than some goalie coaches! Jim Watson back as well in the fold! Going to be great!

Ya, because Watson has been has had so much success at Delco the last 5-6 years.

Just hire Barcless and move on, he will fix things.  Keeping the same old group at LF will keep results where they are now.

Nothing but a good named coach at a specific level will help. It’s the same kids moving between 5 or so organizations. If a coach that is liked or is suppose to be real good, then they will come at that level or team only.

The 2010 and 2011 teams will be solid.  They have RC as the coach.. Good development plans for the future if COVID ever gets behind us.

Exactly. This is everyone's problem at AAA. No one organization is great across the board. The Avs are usually the best team at midget, but are their younger teams ever that great? At every age group you have 1 or 2, maybe 3 teams who get all the best kids and then everyone else is an after thought. And yes,  usually that is driven by the coach who can get the kids to go there.  This once again just goes back to there being too many AAA teams and not enough talent.

I really don't have any place in AAA convo because my son is t2. But this isn't only a problem at that level theres way too many at t2 and the players move around more than chess peices trying to latch on to the best teams.
